Drain well and put the fried tau kua on kitchen paper towels.&lt;br /&gt;2) Put a tbsp of the hot oil in the wok. Fry the yellow curry paste till fragrant.&lt;br /&gt;3) Put the french beans in the wok and fry for 2 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;4) Put the peppers, carrots and fried tau kua into the wok. Pour in the chicken stock and bring to a boil. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;5) Add fish gravy, curry leaves and coconut milk. Lower the heat to low and let it simmer for 2 more minutes.&lt;br /&gt;6) Serve hot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33ff33;"&gt;Note :&lt;br /&gt;I have a cafeteria near my house which sells freshly deep fried tau kua, which I often use for my deep fried tua kua dishes.
